PR5.1.1. Agarbatti production R&D and sale.
The training program is for women with low or no income. They will have priority than others in program. A fee (your own sponsorship) may apply for others.
These are steps we have executed for this training program up to now. This will change depending on training unit, location, collaboration, sponsorship etc.
Overall aim is to perform R&D activities for developing or implementing new materials and advanced technology for best fabrication & production and providing training for self employment.
Step 1
Market surveys for raw materials & technology are performed in Bodhgaya, Ahmedabad and Banglore, and for sale are performed in Varanasi and Gorkhpur.
Small teams of village women are indentified in Varanasi and Gajipur for performing production, marketing, sale etc for handling whole project.
Locations for performing the tasks are already negotiated.
Training in Varanasi is planned.
Machines required for training, posterior to provide women unit for project are already identified in Banglore.
Step 2
Raw materials are bought from Banglore and transported to Varanasi.
Machines are bought from Banglore and transported to Varanasi.
Constructing a hall on location is planned and soon it will be under construction.
Industrial collaboration in the project is planned.
Step 3
First unit of women is under training, learning how to operate machines and perform production.
Need new industrial participation to purchase products and to sale in market. In search. Contact us.

Step 4
Second unit of village women are showing interest in the project.
Village provides us a location for operating training program. In consideration.
Soon few mechines will be transported to this new location. Sponsorship search.
Step 5
We are looking for better technology and equipments. If your company or organization or you possesses it, we request you to donate us.
